OUR HISTORY & VISION

Stand Strong 3D started with a simple plan by founder, Coley M. Speaks -- to inspire, motivate and positively impact a person’s life through health and fitness. In 2009, Coley sought to create an environment of EXCELLENCE through SS3D. SS3D has since grown into a premiere, multi-faceted personal training service which has served over 100 clients throughout the Southern California region. The company has expanded to build a team of ELITE trainers to carry out this VISION of EXCELLENCE! Within the next 3 years, SS3D looks to open their own fitness facility to obtain total control and delivery of every aspect of the fitness experience -- to meet the unique needs of their clients.
